Altadena Library Lending Meets Vending

We invite you to check out our latest outreach innovation, library vending machines. We recently unveiled one vending machine at Prime Pizza in Altadena, and we have one temporarily housed at the Main Library as we search for a permanent home for it in west Altadena.

Use your library card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to borrow, browse, pick up and return books and other materials.

We continue to look for new ways to connect with and provide services to our community. Learn more at: altadenalibrary.org/vending-machines.

Altadena Library Now Offers
Homebound Delivery Service

We're happy to announce the launch of our Homebound Delivery Service program, where we deliver library materials to the homes of eligible Altadena residents.

Homebound Delivery Service is available only to Altadena residents who are unable to visit the library due to an illness or injury that restricts their ability to leave their place of residence, except with the aid of a supportive device or assistance of another person, the use of special transportation, or if leaving home is medically discouraged.
